the nyt recently featured this article . apparently, a new acsm study found that just 7 minutes of intense intervals could be as effective as a long run and a trip to the gym!


we tried it for ‘fun’ yesterday and it was totally energizing (and pretty tough)! i’m shocked how sore i am today! kind of an awesome way to start your day, don’t you think?
